Why won't you give me a price over the phone?

From a photo we can tell you whether it looks like a smaller or bigger job, but not the exact price. Your technician confirms the final price on the spot, once they have seen the car, so there are no surprises.

Will the paint match my car?

We look up your car's exact factory colour code from its make, model, year and colour, and bring paint mixed to that code.

Can you handle my insurance claim?

No. We are not an insurer, assessor or agent, and we don't do claims work. We're the private option for damage that isn't worth claiming.

Do I get a proper invoice?

Yes. You get a real Australian tax invoice with GST shown on it.
